About Me

I write this blog for two reasons: to help ME, and to help others.

My name is not Justin Tee. That is a pseudonym. I chose it because I am not yet brave enough to use my real name.

Recovery is not linear. Neither is courage.

Some days I feel strong. Other days I feel like I am still at the bottom. On the days I feel low, the pseudonym protects a part of me that is still healing.

I hope you will respect that.

RE-BUILD-ME is a private journaling app I built for ME and for other people recovering from something – for people that feel stuck or for people that are rebuilding their confidence.

It is private and free. No ads. No subscriptions. Your thoughts are yours.

But the blog is not just about the app. It is about the framework behind it – RE-BUILD-ME – and about the black hole cycle, the rebuilding cycle, and what it actually feels like to fall apart and try to put yourself back together.

If you are reading this because you feel stuck, heavy, or exhausted – you are not alone. I have been there. I am still there some days.

I am not a doctor. I am not a therapist. I am just a man who is Rebuilding ME.

Thank you for being here.

When you cannot think, act. When you cannot act, breathe. But do not stop.
