The RE-BUILD-ME Template

by Justin Tee You don't need an app to start rebuilding. You just need a template. Before I built RE-BUILD-ME, I used notes on my iPhone. Messy. Scattered. But it worked. Because the framework — not the app — is what makes the difference. Here's the template I used. You can copy it into your notes app, a notebook, or anywhere you like. I actually find writing it out helps it stick in your mind better. My Daily Template Wherever there is darkness there is Light Own it! Why I Built RE-BUILD-ME By Justin Tee If you'd told me a year ago that I'd be writing a blog post about building my own app, I wouldn't have believed you. I was stuck. Inertia. Depression. Medicated. And I still am some days. I'd been fit before. I'd been consistent. I had willpower. But after a car accident in 2024, I developed PTSD symptoms, insomnia, anxiety, depression and lots of physical pains. I was diagnosed with adjustment disorder and moderate depressive disorder.  I was trying to pick myself up, but I didn't know where to start. My goal was to lose the 12kg I'd gained on mirtazapine . Every time I set myself a target — go to the gym three times a week, stick to a plan, drink smoothies every day, try to lose a kilo a week — I'd fail and then kick myself. Relentlessly.
